I am incredibly excited to share my thoughts with you regularly. At the best point in my keto journey I got down to 149! This was a number I never even dreamed of, but I did it. It reassured me that I am capable of doing it! The biggest piece of advice I would give you is #justdoit in the words of #Nike. We have all been impacted by #covid19 or #covid in a variety of ways and am no exception. As of yesterday, #covid20 was a thing and I weighed in at 167. Anyways, #progressnotperfection has been the one thing I have attempted to keep in mind as we are all tough on ourselves. My #mentalhealth has also naturally been impacted by the fluctuations and eating habits. Anyways, just wanted to share the latest numbers and welcome you as I blog regularly. Excited to see where this goes! What has your experience with #covid been in terms of your wellness and other aspects of your life? Would love to hear!
