Hi all! I am proud to say I finally decided to try and stay on track today and am currently in the process of #intermittentfasting. The goal was to try and fast for as long as I could today into tomorrow, but honestly once you eat bad for some time, eating well is even a feat! Proud to say I opted to skip the pizza and just ate the toppings. Many people ask how you can eat #keto while those around you are not following the same lifestyle. Easy, you just modify the best that you can! Here is to hoping I continue tomorrow! How is your progress with whatever it is you are trying to accomplish? Want to learn more about keto?
